Yes they do. Gift cards are valid for 3 years, starting from the date of purchase.
How can I check my gift voucher balance and expiry date?
You can check your KIVARI voucher balance by selecting 'View gift card balance' at the bottom of the email of your digital gift card. You’re also welcome to contact our customer care and we’ll be happy to help.
Do I need to have an account to use a gift card?
No! But we do recommend having a KIVARI account to keep track of all your orders.
