If you're missing an item, it might have been sent to you in a separate package. Please check to see if you have received an additional shipping email. From time to time, we may offer items available to pre-order. If it will take a while to be ready to be shipped we may send it separately to the rest of your items.
If the item wasn't able to be shipped to you, our KIVARI team will contact you and issue a refund for the missing item.
