Once your order has been lovingly packed and dispatched from our warehouse, it becomes the responsibility of the shipping company.

We understand how frustrating it can be when a delivery does not go to plan, if your parcel has taken longer than expected to reach you, please contact customercare@kivari.com.au and we will do our very best to try and resolve the issue as soon as possible.
If the shipping carrier does not deliver your order within their stated time frames and your order arrives later than anticipated, KIVARI is not liable for any damages that may result. In such cases, we recommend lodging a formal complaint directly with the carrier, as you are the owner of the parcel.
Please also note that we accept no liability for orders shipped via freight forwarders and do not recommend using such services. Should customers choose to use a freight forwarder, they do so at their own risk.
