Once your order has been lovingly packed and dispatched from our warehouse, it becomes the responsibility of the shipping company.
To track your order, please utilise your tracking link that was sent via email. Orders to the USA under $800, please input your tracking number into the USPS website once customs has cleared for further information on delivery.
We understand how frustrating it can be when a delivery does not go to plan, if your parcel has taken longer than expected to reach you, please contact customercare@kivari.com.au and we will do our very best to try and resolve the issue as soon as possible.
USA Custom Clearance:
Depending on the value and commodity of goods, you may be requested by U.S. Customs Border Protection to provide your social security number (SSN). The purpose is for tax administration by the U.S. government. This information should be provided to the carrier when prompted. Please note DHL and Australia Post take all precautions to ensure data protection for our customer's sensitive information. Your personal information is not stored and is destroyed. You, the receiver, will receive an encrypted email to upload the requested information/documentation for clearance.
If you do not supply your SSN, your order will not be able to be released and will be returned to KIVARI. If you refuse a shipment from KIVARI, you are responsible for the original shipping charges, any import fees that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to KIVARI. This amount will be deducted from your merchandise refund. KIVARI will not cover any duties and taxes charge that may occur.
If the shipping company fails to deliver your order within their specified time frames and your order arrives later than expected, KIVARI cannot be held accountable for any resulting damages on your order. In such instances, we advise you to formally lodge a complaint, as you are the owner of the parcel
