Once your order has been lovingly packed and dispatched from our warehouse, it becomes the responsibility of Australia Post.
If Australia Post fails to deliver within their specified time frames and your order arrives later than expected, KIVARI cannot be held accountable for any resulting damages or discounts on your order. In such instances, we advise you to formally lodge a complaint with Australia Post, as you are the owner of the parcel.
In the unfortunate event that your parcel goes missing, you will need to initiate a track and trace enquiry with Australia Post's customer service team by calling 13 76 78. Please ensure to authorise Kivari to access the enquiry so that we can assist you in following up on the final outcomes.
We understand the frustration that comes with delivery mishaps, and we will make every effort to resolve the issue promptly from our end. However, please note that we are reliant on Australia Post to provide the final outcome of their internal investigation, which may take between 5-10 business days in some cases.
