If you’re not home when the order is delivered, the courier will leave you a reminder slip with their contact information. You can also call the courier directly and give them the order tracking number to arrange a delivery date.

Alternatively, any collection updates will be updated on the local delivery partner's website. 

Please note, that after an order has been successfully delivered to the shipping address nominated, we cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages.
