Route is a package protection and tracking solution. Adding Route's Package Protection to your order at the checkout means that your order is protected against loss, damage, or theft while in transit to you. Route is also a platform that allows you to visually track all of your online orders in one place. Whether you’re tracking via the Route App or online, Route’s dynamic maps and real-time shipping updates keep you in the loop throughout every part of your delivery.
How much is it to add Route shipping protection to my order?
Route shipping protection is calculated based on the value of the items added to your order.
What if I do not want to purchase Route shipping protection on my order?
If you do not want shipping protection, simply select 'checkout without coverage' or untick the box before processing your order. Please note once your order has been placed we are unable to remove and refund the cost of Route shipping protection.
How do I file a claim?
If you experienced an issue with your order, please file a claim within 30 days with Route’s team here. To file a claim, you will need your store order number OR Route ID number and the email address that was attached to the order.
