We’re pleased to offer returns and exchanges for full-priced products purchased online, subject to the following conditions:

For online orders, returns are accepted within 14 days of dispatch for either a refund or store credit, unless the items are marked FINAL SALE or otherwise specified in our terms and conditions.

Garments must be in their original condition - clean, with tags attached. Items that show signs of wear, damage, alteration, or washing will not be accepted.

Swimwear: All swimwear must be tried on over undergarments. To be eligible for return, all tags and protective hygiene strips must remain intact. Swimwear will not be accepted if these have been removed, altered, or if the item shows signs of wear.

Jewellery and Fragrance: For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns on jewellery or perfume.
Please allow 3–5 business days for processing once your return has been received at our warehouse.
Final Sale Items: Please note that items marked final sale are final and cannot be returned for a refund or exchange unless deemed faulty.
