REFUNDS
In our returns portal, you have the option to select a refund for all full-priced items. When initiating your return, simply choose the refund option from the menu. This will ensure that your refund is processed back to your original payment method.
For items purchased on sale or discounted over 20%, the refund option may not be available. Please kindly check the terms and conditions of the promotional code that was used.
EXCHANGES
Regrettably, we do not offer an exchange service at this time. However, if you've purchased a full-priced item, you have the option to request either a refund or a digital gift card for your return. With the digital gift card, you can conveniently use it towards repurchasing the desired size or garment once refunded.
