REFUNDS
In our returns portal, you have the option to select a refund for all full-priced items. When initiating your return, simply choose the refund option from the menu. This will ensure that your refund is processed back to your original payment method.
For items purchased on sale or discounted over 20%, the refund option is not available. Instead, you'll be prompted to select the Credit option, which provides store credit in the form of a digital gift card. This credit can be conveniently used on our website for future purchases.

EXCHANGES
Regrettably, we do not offer an exchange service at this time. However, if you've purchased a full-priced item, you have the option to request either a refund or store credit for your return. With store credit, you can conveniently use it towards repurchasing the desired size or garment.
For returns of sale items, you can select store credit as well. Upon processing your return, you'll receive a digital gift card equivalent to your store credit. This gift card can be applied during checkout when repurchasing your preferred size or item.
